  • How much do legal services cost?

A lot of the cost of your matter may depend on the circumstances. Therefore, each situation depends on the individual case. Whether you need the assistance of criminal or divorce attorneys, contact us to learn about our legal costs.

  • Do I have a claim?

Legal claims are associated with laws. Therefore, the law would determine whether or not you have a claim. Please contact our family and DUI attorneys at Attorney Frizzell to explain the claim process.

  • How long is the claim process?

Any criminal attorney will tell you that traffic and criminal claims can be resolved completely within a few months. However, felonies and divorces may take a longer time to resolve.

  • Do I need an attorney if children's services are involved in my custody case?

According to the American Psychological Association, more than 20% of first marriages end in divorce within five years. If this is the case for you and you have children, you need a trusted child custody lawyer by your side. Keep in mind that children's services do not represent you, even if they appear to be on your side. It is always recommended that you contact your own legal advisor. Attorney Frizzell is equipped to address those concerns individually.

  • What do I say if I am stopped for a traffic violation?

Any traffic and criminal attorney will advise you to not say anything. Answer basic identification questions and call Attorney Frizzell as soon as possible.
